AI Reputation Snapshot Purchase Terms

Scope

The AI Reputation Snapshot is a customized research and analysis service. It includes the testing, analysis, website review, recommendations, and PDF report described on the purchase page. It does not include implementation, content creation, technical changes, competitor research, a consulting call, ongoing monitoring, or a future re-audit.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, public website links, and five buyer situations through the intake questionnaire. Ally Kiel Consulting may revise the wording of submitted situations to remove brand bias and create neutral, commercially realistic questions.

Delivery

The report will be delivered by email within five business days after the completed intake questionnaire and all necessary information have been received. If an AI platform is materially unavailable during the testing period, delivery may be delayed so that the promised research can be completed.

Customers must submit their intake questionnaire within 60 days of purchase. Delivery timing for questionnaires submitted after that period will be subject to current availability.

Nature of the findings

AI-generated responses can change based on timing, platform updates, wording, location, personalization, and access to live web information. The report documents the results observed during a defined testing period and should be understood as a time-specific snapshot, not a permanent or exhaustive measure of visibility.

No particular mention, ranking, recommendation, lead volume, sales result, or future AI-platform performance is guaranteed.

Recommendations

The report includes three prioritized actions based on the findings. These are strategic recommendations, not implementation instructions or a complete AI-search strategy. Decisions made using the report remain the customer’s responsibility.

Corrections and revisions

One round of factual corrections may be requested within seven calendar days of delivery. This covers factual errors in the report, not changes to the testing scope, additional prompts, rewritten recommendations, or new analysis.

Refunds and cancellations

Because each report is customized, purchases become nonrefundable once intake has been reviewed and research has begun. A cancellation requested before work begins may receive a full refund. If Ally Kiel Consulting is unable to complete the purchased report, the customer will receive a full refund.

Confidentiality and use

Identifiable findings will not be published or shared publicly without permission. Ally Kiel Consulting may use anonymized or aggregated patterns from the research for educational and marketing purposes.

The customer may share the finished report internally and with professional advisors or vendors. The report may not be resold, white-labeled, or presented as research conducted by another party. Ally Kiel Consulting retains ownership of its research methods, templates, frameworks, and report design.

Engagement credit

The $500 purchase price may be applied toward one qualifying full AI search strategy engagement when an agreement is signed and the initial payment is made within 30 calendar days of report delivery. The credit is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
